Looking to hire part-time bookkeeper / administrative assistant. Must have a professional and friendly disposition, proven ability to take on a variety of different tanks without becoming overwhelmed, plus ability to receive calls from a multi-line phone system from customers and either assist them with their questions or take a message for the proper company and employee. Must have strong computer skills with MS Office / Excel proficiency. QuickBooks knowledge is a must - you will work with four different companies. Experience in all payroll duties from start to finish, Business federal and state taxes, preparing and sending W2 and W2 forms, sub-contractors information, accounts payable / receivable. License renewals / continuing education for companies and employees. Light cleaning duties.
