Summer School celebrates Independence Day

JKC/Tri-Valley children and staff hold parade

Staff and students at the Jaguar Kids Connection and Tri-Valley/Head Start programs, located at the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa elementary school, held an Independence Day parade on Friday, July 1. They lined up at the elementary boulevard and traveled down the sidewalk on Highway 55 before turning north on Main Street. Dozens of parents, grandparents, friends and extended family were there to wave to them as they walked by.

It was a neat way to get the celebrating started for our nation's Fourth of July weekend.
