Featured in this video is Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa band director Rachel Tessier talking about operating her band during the pandemic and also an upcoming afternoon of Christmas caroling. The senior high band will perform outdoors on the main streets of both Belgrade and Brooten on Thursday, December 17 after 1 p.m.
