The nativity scene in front of the Belgrade Nursing Home was blanketed by a recent snowfall.
The Belgrade Nursing Home is pleased to report receipt of another Five-Star Rating from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS), a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. This federal Five-Star Rating system is calculated from four different areas. These areas include the annual State Health Inspection, Quality Measures, Staffing and RN Staffing.
I would like to thank each and every staff member on the excellent care and service you provide to our residents. It is truly a pleasure to work with each and every one of you! Your hard work, dedication, and companionate care is deserving of the Five-State Rating.
