At the annual Belgrade August Fest celebration, new members of the Belgrade Royal Ambassadors were crowned for 2018-2019 on Saturday night, August 11. During the coronation, three Belgrade Royal Ambassadors were selected from five candidates who will all be seniors at Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa this fall. Out of four candidates for Belgrade Junior Royal Ambassadors, two were selected - that group of girls will all be second graders at B-B-E this fall.
Ally Gruber was selected as the winner of the Evening Gown award. The Miss Congeniality award went to Madison Eckstein. The Most Photogenic award went to Katherine Mastey.
The Belgrade Royal Ambassador titles were given to Katherine Mastey, Madison Eckstein and Brooke Kaiser.
The Belgrade Junior Royal Ambassador titles were given to Claire Bromenshenkel and McKinley Haider. A large photo spread from the coronation ceremony will be published in the August 16 issue of the Bonanza Valley Voice. Also, on Sunday, a video will be posted with the ceremony from start to finish.
