    Twenty-nine local FFA'ers from B-B-E joined 3,565 other members of the Minnesota FFA which attended the 2016 State FFA Convention held April 24-26 at the University of Minnesota in St. Paul. Zach Schmitz, Zach Walz, Josie Kirckof, and Brady Lenarz made up BBE's Farm Management team that qualified to compete at State this year.     Boys in grades K-4 are invited to join the local B-B-E Cub Scouts Pack 667, one of the best youth organizations to help build strong minds and bodies. A sign-up meeting is coming on Saturday, May 21 at the Brooten city park from 10:30 a.m. to noon. On that Saturday, there will be BB gun or Archery, Stomp Rocks and snacks provided.     The Sunburg Commercial Club is excited about a full day of activities planned for their 12th annual Syttende Mai celebration on Sunday, May 15. The day begins at the crack of dawn when the Kaffestua cafe opens at 7 a.m. Their buffet (11- 1:30) includes lutefisk, klub, meatballs and Rommegrot.
