The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars fastpitch team is fresh off of its best regular season since 2009, which was the last year the team finished with an above-.500 record. A promotion event for renewable fuels was held on Wednesday, April 15 at Coop's Corner C-store in Belgrade. The Belgrade Co-op joined forces with the Minnesota Corn Growers Association for a two-hour period during which E-85 and E-15 fuel was discounted by a wide margin. The department has a fundraising goal of $150,000. On December 31 last year, they had $34,350 raised.
