The Terrace Mill Foundation hosted a two-day grand reopening celebration on Saturday and Sunday, June 21-22. The Belgrade V.F.W. Post No. 1825 held its Memorial Day program at Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa high school's Olson Auditorium.
