    The 30th annual Homecoming week for Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa schools is underway! The theme for this year's Homecoming week at B-B-E is "Life is a Highway".   • B-B-E school district seeks change in local education levy

    Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa schools is holding a levy referendum on November 6 in conjunction with the general election. After many months of deliberation, the school board is proposing that the district revoke the existing referendum authorization and replace it with a new amount. This new referendum would be applicable for 10 years, beginning with taxes payable in 2019, unless otherwise revoked by the board or reduced as provided by state law.     School spirit is running at a high level this week as Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa holds their 30th annual Homecoming. Students in grades 5-12 participated in the Homecoming Pep Fest with an array of games on Friday afternoon, October 5, during the sixth and seventh hour periods.
