The annual Bonanza Valley Days celebration in Brooten is coming next on July 9, 10, 11 and 12 in 2026! Spread the word and mark your calendars! The 2026 BVD grand parade starts at 1:30 p.m. in Brooten on Sunday, July 12, 2026.

Belgrade Purse Bingo is Friday, November 7
The Belgrade Commercial Club will host Purse Bingo night on Friday, November 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Belgrade V.F.W. The total cost to pay is $40. To guarantee a seat, sign up and pay $20 in advance by stopping by Magnifi Financial OR by sending a Venmo payment to @belcommclub with your name in the subject line. You must purchase your bingo packet at the door for $20. No exceptions.

SUPPORT FOR SARA - Fundraising event at Paynesville Legion for Sara McCann
On Saturday, November 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Paynesville Legion, a fundraising event will be held for Sara McCann, certified massage therapist, wife and mother of 5 kids, who is suffering brain cancer. Sara is a 2001 graduate of B-B-E high school. The event features a taco bar, silent auction, meat raffle, bake sale and more. A donation of $15 is asked for the meal for adults, and $8 for kids 12 and younger. Additional details are coming in the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.
