The Belgrade, Brooten and Elrosa zip code areas posted a two for new COVID-19 cases in the April 21 report by the Minnesota Department of Health. The two new cases were from the Belgrade zip code area. This ends a streak of three weeks in which the MDH reported no new COVID-19 cases for these zip code areas.
