The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa elementary sixth graders received spruce trees from the Belgrade Rosebud Garden Club last Friday. This has been an annual event for the club for the past 30 years. The Southwest Conservation District has been supplying the club with trees during these years and estimate that over 2,000 trees have been distributed to local sixth graders over that time. If you or someone in your family has received a tree in the past 30 years, the Rosebud Garden Club would like to hear how the tree and the student are doing.
