Summer meal program in Brooten

Summer meals to begin on June 10 at the B-B-E elementary school

 

The B-B-E elementary school is the site for free summer meals in Brooten.

Tri-Valley Opportunity Council is again participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) in Brooten. Meals will be provided to all children, ages 0-18, at NO CHARGE! They will be provided for breakfast, lunch and snack on a first-come, first-service basis at the B-B-E elementary school.

The summer meals will begin on Monday, June 10 at B-B-E elementary school in Brooten.

Below are the hours of service...and Tri-Valley encourages families to come as early as they can in each time frame for the free meals.

• Breakfast hours: 7:45 to 8:45 a.m.

• Lunch hours: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Snack: 2:15 to 2:45 p.m.

The menu will be published a week ahead of time each week in the Bonanza Valley Voice...although we will miss getting the first week's meals in (Monday to Wednesday)...the June 13 issue will include the meals for June 13 and 14 and then the following week for Monday to Friday, June 17-21.
