Memorial Day program in Brooten is canceled

At the Memorial Day program on May 27, 2019 in Brooten, Harold Jacobson presented a plaque to Allen Anderson that honors Allen's 50-year, continuous membership as a Brooten American Legion Post 288 member.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the members of the Brooten American Legion have canceled this year's Memorial Day service out of concern for our relatives, friends, neighbors and comrades. Please visit our local cemetery this Memorial weekend and take a moment to remember our soldiers who gave their lives so valiantly for our country.
