SUPPORT FOR SARA - Fundraising event at Paynesville Legion for Sara McCann
On Saturday, November 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Paynesville Legion, a fundraising event will be held for Sara McCann, certified massage therapist, wife and mother of 5 kids, who is suffering brain cancer. Sara is a 2001 graduate of B-B-E high school. The event features a taco bar, silent auction, meat raffle, bake sale and more. A donation of $15 is asked for the meal for adults, and $8 for kids 12 and younger. Additional details are coming in the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.

The Brooten American Legion Post No. 288 invites everyone to their annual fall pancake breakfast on Sunday, November 16 at the Bucky's Pickle's building, formerly the American Legion Post Hall, on Central Avenue. They are serving from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Menu: pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, milk - ALL YOU CAN EAT! Price: adults $10, children ages 11 years and under $5 and children 5 and under eat free. THANK YOU for your support of this valuable local veterans organization.

Bonanza Valley Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club banquet and raffle
The Bonanza Valley Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club invites everyone to their 27th annual banquet and raffle fundraiser night on Friday, November 21 at the Padua Pub. Social hour 6 to 7 p.m., and the dinner will be served at 7 p.m. with Dave's Famous Chicken and Ribs. The grand prize for the cash raffle is $10,000! (Drawing at 9 p.m. that night at the Pub).
