Fellowship is an important part of the daily mission of Trinity Lutheran church of Grove Lake. Their church recently held their Fall Festival last Sunday on a sunny, picture-perfect, albeit somewhat warm, fall day. After serving about 90 meals a year ago with a drive-through only event, this year church members were thrilled to have 135 children and adults enjoy both the chance for dine-in gathering or the drive-through option. This compares to turnout of about 120 when they last held the in-person Fall Festival in 2019.

Proceeds from the fall festival go exclusively towards the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Area food shelf in Brooten and the Hearts and Hands food shelf in Glenwood. The donation is provided each March, which doubles it due to the March Food Month matching grant.
