Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa 6th and 7th grade students enjoyed a field trip on Friday, October 3 to the Oliver Kelley Farm in rural Elk River. This farm is a National Historic Landmark where modern-day guests can get a firsthand view of a working from in the 1860s.
In the attached video, students listen to a presentation featuring farm animals that would have been included on farms during the pioneer era in central Minnesota.
