  • Successful bean bag tournament in Brooten

    Marcia's Bar and Grill in downtown Brooten recently held a very successful bean bag tournament that drew a nice stream of customers to town on Saturday, April 29. The bean bag tournament itself lasted just over five hours and brought life to the town that complemented the prom-related traffic that was also part of local life that day. Organizers hope to get a bean bag league going in Brooten for the summer of 2023, and information on that is forthcoming....

    On a cool, breezy final Saturday of April, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa's prom was held featuring the full lineup of grand march, a dance and post-prom activities later at night.
