    The Cedar Creek Gospel Band from the Kandiyohi/Willmar area led a music-filled worship service on Sunday, August 24 at the Brooten Pavilion. The worship was organized by Big Grove-Crow River-Grace Lutheran Parish and held as a joint worship with the Trinity/West Lake Johanna Lutheran Parish of Brooten.     The High 48s and The Skally Line will be featured at the annual Bluegrass Festival on Sunday, September 7 at the Historic Terrace Mill.     On Thursday, September 4, the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa volleyball team hosted Kimball Area in the Central Minnesota Conference opener for both teams. The Jaguars won by a 3-1 margin to improve to 2-1 overall. They prepared for the Southwest Minnesota Challenge the next day, which featured a trip to Marshall for a two-day invitational.
