A major shot of heavy, wet snow fell across a large portion of Minnesota on October 20. The Bonanza Valley area was not spared either, with at least four to six inches of snow falling in Brooten and surrounding areas. Below is a video taken on School Avenue by the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa elementary school that day as the school buses departed for their rural routes.
