(OPINION) FDA issues statement on Ivermectin with no data to back it up

In one of the most bizarre situations imaginable, the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a negative statement on Ivermectin without offering any data to back it up.

To date (March 8, 2021) a total of 47 studies around the world have taken place on the use of the anti-parasite drug Ivermectin against COVID-19. Numerous studies have shown recognizable and valuable efficacy (effectiveness) of Ivermectin against COVID-19.

It pains me to have to say that "you should not overdose" on Ivermectin.

NO KIDDING.

Using too much of anything is bad. Even with Vitamin D, a person can take too much!

In the video below, this latest scandal with the FDA is outlined.

This article is one of countless sources of information that are available regarding Ivermectin in the fight against COVID-19. https://www.medpagetoday.com/special-reports/exclusives/88310. This story was written last August! It includes comments from a pulmonary care physician at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who scolds the FDA for dragging its feet on providing robust and thorough studies on Ivermectin for use against COVID-19.

By now, Ivermectin is not a big secret. Not only that, but it has been in use by humans since 1981. Here's a captain obvious statement: all drugs can have side effects, and all drugs can work in negative fashion against other drugs if used in an incorrect manner. I have read one study showing that extensive use of Ivermectin can lead to iron depletion in the human body. Also, in just about any case, if you consume too much of any drug, it can lead to very bad outcomes and even death. No kidding.
