The Norway Lake Lutheran Historical Association invites everyone to their celebration of Syttende Mai, the Norwegian Constitution Day, on Friday, May 13 at First Lutheran church of Norway Lake.

The evening includes supper and entertainment with a free will offering to help offset expenses.

The catered meatball supper starts at 6:30 p.m. with all the accompaniments including Rommegrot, Krumkakke, lemon bars and more.

The evening's entertainment will be the locally-famous Sound Image Quartet with great barbershop harmony and humor. This quartet features Todd Mattison from Willmar, Bill Lorenz from Benson, Bob Starz from Hector and Jon Schmidt from Willmar.

Let your friends and neighbors know. If possible, please RSVP via Facebook to give the NLLHA a general count. They are on Facebook, and their website is www.NLLHA.org. The NLLHA seeks to remember the past in order to help us navigate the future.

First Lutheran church is located nine miles west of New London on Kandiyohi County Road 40.
