Brooten Easter Egg hunt is Saturday, April 8

Event to be held at B-B-E elementary's north parking lot

The Brooten Activities Club, the Brooten Fire Relief Association, RJ's Mini Mart and an assortment of local businesses and volunteers invite area youth to come to Brooten to the B-B-E elementary parking lot on Saturday, April 8 at 1 p.m. for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and meet-and-greet with the Easter bunny!

The event was originally set to take place at the Brooten city park, but the park continues to be blanketed by two to three feet of snow (or more) as winter refuses to relinquish its grip on Minnesota.

Families are encouraged to come early so you can sign your children up (ages 4-10) for the bicycle drawing. Two bikes will be given away for girls, and two bikes will be given away for boys. A sign-up table will be placed near the school's north entrance.

Note: the school will not be open to the public for this event.
