Rustic Designs Flower Farm of Burbank Township, rural Belgrade, hosted their fourth annual Fall Harvest Fest with picture-perfect conditions of full sunshine, a light breeze and temps in the low 70s. Turnout far and away exceeded last year with an official number of 956 for the six-hour event.
