The town of Pepin, Wisconsin hosts Laura Ingalls Wilder Days on the second full weekend of each September. The newspaper publisher and youngest daughter traveled to Pepin on Saturday, September 13 for the first day of the two-day event. In the attached video, a barn owl education session is featured. This took place in Laura Ingalls Wilder Park. Additional coverage of this trip was published in the September 18 issue of the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.
