On the heels of what was the Backyard Burger's best day ever (under current ownership) about 3 weeks ago, the day of Sunday, June 21 broke the food and ice cream volume record once again as customers flocked to the popular local eating establishment. That evening, just before 6 p.m., a line of 28 recent-model Chevrolet Corvettes pulled in to enjoy Backyard's offerings. Owner and proprietor Matt Grundseth reported that their supplies would be "tough" on Tuesday this week before being replenished on Wednesday morning.
Note: for the 4th of July weekend, Backyard Burger will be closed on July 4 and July 5.
