    East Norway Lake Lutheran church's spring meatball dinner was an overwhelming success on Sunday, April 21. In a span of just two hours, close to 300 were served a hearty meal with their specialty meatballs (made by McKale's Catering with use of ENL's special directions), mashed potatoes and all the typical additional food including a massive variety of dessert options.     Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa senior Jeffrey Cihlar finished a distinguished speech career with back-to-back trips to the state speech meet. Last Friday in his second appearance at state, Cihlar competed in Extemporanous Speaking at Shakopee high school.     Puzzle lovers are invited to gather into groups of four to form teams for a jigsaw puzzle tournament coming to the Belgrade library on Saturday, April 27. The tournament runs from 12:30 to 3 p.m. that afternoon in downtown Belgrade. Each team receives the same puzzle, and teams try to put the puzzle together the fastest. (Six team limit.)
