    The Terrace Sportsmens Club held their annual Spring Bingo night with a crowd of about 45 people on Saturday, April 23. Diane Rust of Glenwood, Renee Skogstad of Kerkhoven and Jacob Lutterman of Terrace were door prize winners. More photos appeared in the April 28 issue of the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.   • B-B-E Math Masters season is underway

    The B-B-E fifth grade Math Masters competed at the regional competition in Alexandria on April 22 in a group totaling 176 students. Overall B-B-E's team took fourth place out of 38 teams. Sam Mastey took first place overall in Fact Placement, while Ella Halvorson and Tiyana Schwinghammer tied for third place in that category.   • Redhead Creamery awarded USDA marketing grant

  • B-B-E holds Mock Crash

    Shown in the photos here are scenes at the mock crash held at the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa high school last Wednesday, April 27 for the 7-12 student body. The Mock Crash featured four B-B-E students as actors in a crash scene as the result of distracted driving. Organizers did a great job driving home the message that "just one text behind the wheel can change or end your life."     A topsy-turvy, back-and-forth affair played out on Sunday afternoon (May 1) as the Elrosa Saints and Spring Hill Chargers resumed their storied amateur baseball rivalry at Chargers Field. Their last meeting resulted in the end of Elrosa's season last year at the Region 15C tournament, a state-qualifying game no less. Through three innings Spring Hill led 4-2.
