The Redhead Creamery held their second annual Open House to the public on Saturday and enjoyed a terrific turnout of people from throughout the local area and the central Minnesota region. Owners Lucas and Alise Sjostrom use the day not only to educate visitors about their cheese factory but also about dairy farming and the dairy industry in general.
