According to U.S. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, numerous Minnesota state employees have provided evidence that he believes can lead to the prosecution of Governor Tim Walz. In an interview with Just The News on Tuesday, January 13, state employees offered sworn whistleblower testimony that confirms Walz failed to provide meaningful action after they spoke out against massive taxpayer fraud. This fraud was allegedly committed by Minnesota's Somali immigrant population.
On the John Solomon Reports podcast, Emmer said, "That, my friend, should be enough for criminal charges. The man should be in cuffs.”
In some cases, state employees stated in sworn affidavits that Walz retaliated against them in ways that threatened their employment.
