There's very little chance you will be hungry at Bonanza Valley Days in Brooten. There's food a mile wide on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
Friday, July 10
On Friday, the Jenniges Chuckwagon will be parked at Quisberg Park during youth baseball games in the morning and early afternoon. Stop over by the golf course parking lot to see their food truck. Also on Friday, the B-B-E fastpitch team will have a concession stand with food and refreshments set up at the elementary diamond, which will also be hosting youth baseball games.
On Friday night, the Food Shack from Osakis will have its food truck set up by the KaDe Shack during the street dance.
The main event of Friday night is the Brooten Fire Department's chicken BBQ supper, which will be served at the city park shelter from 5 to 8 p.m. Guests at this supper can enjoy the spacious large tent or the outdoor seating at numerous picnic tables. The cost is a free will donation.
Saturday, July 11
Multiple food options will be available on Saturday, July 11 during Bonanza Valley Days. They will be outlined here late on Thursday night. On Sunday, the B-B-E Scouting America's Waffle Feed will take place from 8 a.m. to noon at the city park. The adult cost is $13, and other waffle feed information was published in the July 2 and July 9 issues of the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper.
