Mexico Querido Restaurant on main street Belgrade is a family affair. Owner Jose Montanez of Alexandria is blessed to have his mom, wife and two siblings filling staff roles. The first full week after they opened went remarkably well in spite of the weather in mid-December 2025, and Mexico Querido staff hopes to see more customers from near and far to give them a try. Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m .; Sundays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and closed Mondays.
