The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars football team won its season opener on Friday, September 1 at Bagley high school. Facing an outmatched Flyers team that went 2-7 last year, the Jaguars used an even split of passing and running to win by a 46-14 score. At halftime, B-B-E led 34-0 after racking up a two-touchdown lead in the game's first six minutes. For the game, the Jaguars racked up 351 yards of offense compared to 133 by the Flyers.
