Plans are being made for a full afternoon of activities at the annual Christmas in Brooten and Santa Day celebration on Saturday, December 12. A revamped schedule has been worked out through cooperation and planning between the Brooten Commercial Club and the B-B-E Cub Scouts. The result is a somewhat tighter schedule than in previous years but the same, if not more, level of activities and fun for the whole family.

The basic schedule is as follows:

2 - 3:30 p.m. Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides;

2 - 3:30 p.m. Santa visits

3:30 p.m. - Movie

4:30 p.m. - Games and more at Classic Co. Bar & Grill.

5:30 p.m. - Brooten Bucs drawing.

6 p.m. - Holiday Light Parade followed by Caroling at the Old High School Log with Smores & Campfire.
