A steady flow of visitors stopped by the Red Hen House in Brooten for the BVD Art Show on July 7-8.
The Red Hen House retreat center was the site of the first annual Bonanza Valley Days Art Show, which featured works by local artist and Red Hen House owner Barbara Lent of Brooten. The art show was held over two days, Friday and Saturday, during BVD weekend. Shown is a short video clip from the show on Friday night. It showcased an array of beautiful artwork in diverse mediums, including photography, painting, fiber arts and quilts.
Lent said about the show, "It was a success! Thank you to all who attended and shared their feedback. I'm already gathering artists' names for a show next year."
