The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars advanced in the Section 4A football playoffs after they defeated visiting Long Prairie-Grey Eagle by a 36-8 score on Tuesday. The Brooten city council heard a proposal by Gary Skarpness to develop a five-spot R.V. park at the former gas station across Highway 55 from Rooster's Bottle Shop.
