    The 2021 Miss Brooten Pageant is Saturday, July 10 at 6 p.m. at the Brooten Pavilion. A total of five young ladies are running for Miss Brooten, and six are running for Little Miss Brooten. BVD Men's Softball The BVD men's slowpitch softball tournament has 10 teams signed up as of July 8. Matt Schmitz is the coordinator.     Marcia's Bar in downtown Brooten was, as they say, "Off The Hook!" on Friday night of Bonanza Valley Days 2021. The day of Friday, July 9, 2021 was the first day Marcia's was open to the public since March 17, 2020. The day of July 9 was also Day II of the Bonanza Valley Days 2021 celebration.
