The Belgrade-Brooten police department finished 2022 with a total of 1,837 incident complaint reports (ICRs) on the book. This represents about a six percent increase from 2021, when the total was 1,731 between the two towns. Sugar beet harvesting has become a time-honored tradition each fall across the Bonanza Valley area and beyond.
