The Elrosa Saints amateur baseball team kept their playoff hopes alive with a thrilling walk-off 7-6 win in 10 innings against visiting Richmond on Friday night. On June 20, the Brooten Farmers Market season resumed for the summer and fall. Through the early 2010s, Brooten held a Farmers Market at the city park.
