    A severe winter storm has turned into a full-blown blizzard on Friday, November 18 across central and west central Minnesota, blanketing the Bonanza Valley area with at least six to eight inches of wet, heavy snow. No travel is advised on any roads, including major highways as of Friday afternoon. Yes, it's that bad outside!     The Brooten Senior Citizens group is collecting donations for Eagles Healing Nest of Sauk Centre, a veterans complex on the former Minnesota Correctional Facility. Eagles Healing Nest first opened in June 2012 and had one building and 22 available beds for homeless veterans. Today that figure has expanded to multiple buildings on the campus and 64 beds with over 300 veterans served in a typical month.
