Being married for 70 years takes a special kind of love and a special level of fondness between a husband and wife. One Brooten couple has a marriage embodying all that and more. For Herman and Delores Kampsen, 70 years of marriage was achieved this past Saturday, September 24, with a gathering of children and grandchildren at the Elrosa farm where they raised 11 children from the late 1940s through the 1980s.
