A middle-aged man was seen by multiple witnesses dragging a leashed small dog down an alley in Elrosa at about 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, January 10. Very early on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 01:35 hours, the Stearns County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a domestic disturbance call in the city of Belgrade. The life of Dawn (Glesne) Larson changed in an instant in a motorcycle accident on July 24 on Highway 10 near Royalton. The motorcycle, driven by 43-year old Thomas Knott of Royalton, crashed into the ditch. Knott left Larson in the ditch and put the motorcycle back on the highway.
